Coaching is a confidential, structured conversation that helps you think differently, explore challenges and identify practical ways forward.

A coach will not tell you what to do. Instead, they will help you find your own solutions, build confidence and develop greater self-awareness.

  • Gain clarity and focus
  • Explore career development opportunities
  • Build confidence in a new role
  • Navigate change and uncertainty
  • Improve decision making
  • Identify priorities and goals
  • Develop leadership skills
  • Explore challenges from a fresh perspective

Our Coaching Faculty includes trained coaches who understand the primary care environment.

‘I wasn’t sure what to expect from GP coaching when I expressed an interest.  But I felt that anything was worth a go if it might help me come to terms with my career. As it turned out, it has felt more like coming to terms with myself.

As my coaching has progressed, so have I become more active at accepting my responsibilities for my own life and asserting my agency. I have come to believe that if I wanted things to change for me, it was me who could change them.’
