Steps2Wellbeing offers a range of courses to help workforce improve their mental and physical health. These courses are based on NHS Talking therapies treatments and are delivered by Steps2Wellbeing trained psychological therapists and employment advisers.

An excellent opportunity to gain a postgraduate qualification and develop your career in Primary Care. Part funded (50%) for eligible primary care clinicians working in General Practice in the Southwest. 60 academic credits across 3-4 modules, over one year. The General PracƟce Fellowship Programme is a local offer that has been carefully created to support local staff working substanƟvely in General PracƟce in Dorset. It is a programe of support, learning and development open to all Clinical and Non Clinical Staff working in General PracƟce in Dorset. ParƟcipants receive funded CPD Ɵme of one session per week for educaƟon and development of specific focused topics , with funded mentorship and / or coaching available.
