General Practice Staff Survey opens on 5 October
The 2026 NHS General Practice Staff Survey opens on Monday 5 October and closes on Friday 27 November.
Eligible staff will receive a personal email invitation from the Survey Coordination Centre at Picker when the survey opens. They may also receive reminders during the survey period. Taking part gives staff a chance to say what working in general practice is like and helps teams understand where improvements are needed.
The survey is run independently, and responses are confidential. An organisation needs at least 10 responses to receive its own anonymous local report.
