Oliver McGowan Tier 2 Lead Trainer Training Opportunities
NHS England has commissioned additional Oliver McGowan Lead Trainer training, providing an opportunity for individuals to become accredited Lead Trainers and support the continued delivery of the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism.
Approved, Lead Trainers can deliver the one-day Tier2 training to staff and train Facilitating Trainers and Expert Co-trainers. They play a vital role in building workforce knowledge and confidence and in strengthening local training capacity and sustainability of the programme.
We would be delighted if you would share this opportunity across interested networks, organisations and stakeholder groups. We are particularly keen to reach organisations and individuals with relevant experience, and a commitment to delivering Oliver’s Training across health and social care.
