Peer Support. Shared Experience. Stronger Together.
One of the first initiatives from the Nursing Community of Practice is a Dorset-wide mentorship programme connecting experienced General Practice Nurses with colleagues across different practices.
Our volunteer mentors are ready to provide peer support, share their expertise and help strengthen our profession from within.
The programme launches shortly. We’ll share stories from mentors and mentees in future editions.
