Lesson Aim: To be confident in managing and creating appointment rotas and templates.

Prerequisites: This course covers the setting up of appointment rotas from scratch and is aimed at System Administrators, Reception Managers, and any other staff that will create and apply rotas within your organisation.

Introduction to SystmOne course/Appointments and Visits Basics (or inhouse knowledge) is required. Access to laptop/pc, headset and microphone.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the session the delegate will be able to:

• Understand what the key building blocks are to create appointment rotas
•  Be able to create appointments slots, rota, appointment templates and rooms
• Understand how to apply, delete and cancel rotas
•   Manage template set up options for appointments and vaccination templates
• Understand how to manage applied rotas
•  Understand how to manage staff leave and view on the appointments screen.
