SystmOne – Reporting

Lesson Aim: Understanding how to create and join your own reports, create Batch reports, run the QoF reports, all the hard coded reports and how to run Audits.

Prerequisites: This course is an introduction to the key areas of Clinical reporting and an explanation of other Reports that can be run in SystmOne. Introduction to SystmOne course (or inhouse knowledge) is required.  Access to laptop/pc, headset and microphone.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the session the delegate will be able to:

• Understand the SystmOne interface, including identifying and navigating the key functions
• Understand the SystmOne sharing model and how it helps Practices to work more collaboratively
• Be able to search for and retrieve patient records
• Identify and navigate the main areas of the patient record
• Understand how to Save or Discard
• Open more than one patient record and the implications of doing so.
