Lesson Aim: To be confident in managing patient appointments and visits.

Prerequisites: Introduction to SystmOne course or inhouse knowledge is required. Access to laptop/pc, headset and microphone.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the session the delegate will be able to:

• Understand how to navigate and manage the appointments screen
• Be able to book patient appointments and visits with appropriate clinician
• Be able to search for booked and next available appointments
• Be able to use appointment templates
• Be able to cancel and rebook appointments
• View booked visits and appointments in the patient record.
