SystmOne – Administration of the Patient Record

Lesson Aim: To be confident in adding/amending and printing data to/from the patient record along with summarising notes.

Prerequisites: This course covers the key elements of how to add and print data in the patient record and how to summarise data. Introduction to SystmOne course (or inhouse knowledge) is required. Access to laptop/pc, headset and microphone.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the session the delegate will be able to:

•     Be able to print views and results from the patient record
•        Amend/update patient details
•        Be able to add relationships
•        Be able to add/backdate and promote to a problem header
•        Record Allergies and Sensitives’
•        Add a quick note
•        Summarise data – eg vaccinations
•        Understand how to use templates
•        View and create letters from preset templates.
