What is chorea in Huntington’s disease, and what can we do about it?
28 January 2027 at 1pm
Chorea is the most obvious change that people with Huntington’s disease display, but what exactly is it, what impact does it have, and how can we best support people who are experiencing it?
We’re welcoming GPs and other healthcare professionals to this free lunchtime webinar on this important topic. There will be the opportunity for questions.
This webinar follows on from the Treating movement disorders in people living with Huntington’s disease professional guideline, launched by the Huntington’s Disease Association in May 2026. This guideline has been developed to provide GPs and other healthcare professionals with a clear and accessible starting point, helping to build confidence and support further learning. It has been endorsed by the European Huntington’s Disease Network (EHDN).
Our speaker is Professor Anne Rosser. Anne is Professor of Clinical Neuroscience, Division of Psychological Medicine and Clinical Neurosciences, Cardiff University. Anne is also the author of the Huntington’s Disease Association’s guideline ‘Treating movement disorders in people living with Huntington’s disease.
