- Explore the latest national developments and future direction of travel
- Discuss emerging opportunities around Single Neighbourhood Provider models and collaborative working
- Connect and network with primary care and system partners from across the county
This event is for anyone involved in developing their INT and for those that need to find out more about what it means for them in their practice or PCN.
