The one-day in-person training consists of two essential components:
- Morning Session – Learning Disability Workshop (3 Hours)
- Lunch Break (Lunch provided)
- Afternoon Session – Autism Workshop (3 Hours)
The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism Tier 2 is suitable for all staff members involved in providing care and support for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. This training will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver person-centred care and support to those with a lived experience of autism or a learning disability.
