When is imaging actually helpful in MSK practice?

One of the many questions that comes up in our work from health and care professionals is: “Should this patient have an X-ray or MRI?”
The answer isn’t always straightforward, which is why we are looking forward to our next Arthritis UK MSK SKILLs Session on The Role of Imaging in Musculoskeletal Conditions. Led by Dr Andrew Jackson, GP, GP Trainer and Clinical Lead for the Arthritis UK MSK SKILLs programme, the session will explore when imaging is appropriate, how to choose between X-ray, MRI, ultrasound and CT, and how evidence-based guidance can support better decision-making in MSK care.
The session is free to attend, but registration is required.
