Virtual Workshop | Using Quality Improvement Tools
December 11 @ 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
The Primary Care Academy (South West) would like to invite you to attend
“Using Quality Improvement Tools” educational session which will be held on:
Wednesday 11th December 2024 1330-1630
Most clinicians are expected to undertake some Quality Improvement activity each year as part of best practice, keeping up to date and for appraisal/revalidation purposes. But we know that not everyone is a Q.I. enthusiast.
This workshop will aim to
* Help busy clinicians identify suitable areas to focus their Q.I. efforts on
* Increase understanding of the most common types of Q.I. tools and how they can be used to promote patient safety
* Increase the likelihood that Q.I. work can be completed efficiently and effectively, and actually make a difference to patient care
* To encourage some reflection on the obstacles that can hinder Q.I. with reference to leadership styles and approach to change within our organisations
Facilitator: Dr Andy Eaton
Registration: To register your interest for this event, please complete the booking form: https://forms.office.com/e/reRZ6N2iki
