Nursing Careers in Integrated Primary Community Care

The integration of primary and community healthcare is creating new roles and new opportunities for nurses who are interested in improving care for patients and being at the forefront of service redesign.
This interactive and engaging event will focus on what it means to be a nurse in the new and evolving world of integrated primary and community care. Over the course of the evening we will provide:
- Insight into the future of Dorset’s Integrated Care System (ICS)
- An overview of nursing opportunities in primary and community care
- “A day in the life of” from primary/community care nurses
- Information about starting your career in primary care and the support available to support your development
- An opportunity to network with education providers, commissioners and those making transformation possible
- A Q&A session
