Lesson Aim: To be able to create effective presentations using transitions, animation, and a range of media.

Prerequisites:

• A good level of IT competency, file management and keyboard skills
• Access to MS PowerPoint and a PC or laptop with additional screens
• A good understanding of basic formatting and page layout tools in MS PowerPoint.

.Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the session the delegate will be able to:

• Create pivot tables/charts using a single source of data
• Create pivot tables/charts using multiple sources of data
• Filter/sort data using sliders and timelines
• Format pivot tables using pivot table styles
• Calculate field to a pivot table.
