International Women’s Day 2022 with Rachel Ellison

8 March 2022 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Theme: Dilemmas and choices – What one female leader did when a day at work went drastically wrong
Rachel Ellison recounts the story of a female leader working for an international non-governmental development aid organisation, posted to work in a volatile region where it is hot, dusty and dangerous. She shares what happened when a normal day went drastically wrong. We hear about this leader’s dilemmas and choices. What professional, cultural and personal factors played out in her decision making? Did she get it right? What would you have done in the same situation?

This exciting event will feature breakout sessions and general group discussions with an opportunity for Q&A.
