Dr Nazia Kausar is a local Bournemouth practicing GP and ILM 7 certified Coach and Mentor. She attained the ILM 7 which is a globally recognised qualification for advanced level coaches and mentors meaning she can provide executive coaching for individuals and strategic coaching at the highest level of organisational management, from CEOs down. She’s also a carer for her mum with dementia, a wife, mum of 2, charity worker, Scout Leader and local project manager for BIMA, leading healthcare projects in the community. She has moved multiple times within the last 20 years, having to start afresh each time, and also took 6 years out to complete her family. She therefore understands about having to juggle multiple aspects of our lives simultaneously, and also understands how Imposter Syndrome and Perfectionism can affect people and performance.
