Career Development Workshop – For New to Practice GP’s

This can bring lots of feelings of excitement and achievement, whilst also being a bit daunting and overwhelming at times.

We are running a series of workshops monthly from September for GPs in their first two years from CCT. These will cover topics ranging from career development and leadership, to organisation and partnerships. The themes are based on work with previous NTP GPs and can be flexed to what you want over the course of the year.

Our aim is for you to grow in confidence, develop your own style as a GP and help you create a sustainable career. They are interactive and will give you a chance to share ideas with your peers, whilst learning, having some fun and sharing tea and cake.

They are run by four experienced coaches and GPs, all with a variety of experience in general practice. It is a chance to meet all four of the facilitators and look at how we can create a sustainable career that suits us individually, helps to recognise our skill set and become the GP that fits with who we are.
