SystmOne – Messaging (Tasks, Notifications and Instant Messages)

Lesson Aim: To be confident in all message types in SystmOne.

Prerequisites: This course covers the ways users can communicate using SystmOne. This includes Tasks, Notifications, Instant Messages and Notice Board.  Introduction to SystmOne course or inhouse knowledge is required. Access to laptop/pc, headset and microphone.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the session the delegate will be able to:

• Understand the Task List Screen
• Be able to send patient related Tasks
• Be able to send non-related Tasks
• View Tasks from your ‘To Do List’, Task List and the patient record
• Be able to update Tasks from the Task list and patient record
• Be able to action a Task
• Be able to send a Task to other organisations caring for the patient
• Be able to send Notifications to other users
• View Notifications from your ‘To Do List’
• Be able to action Notifications
• Be able to send an Instant Message
• Receive and action an Instant Message
• Be able to view messages on the Notice Board.
