Understanding Investigations in BaNES (for Administrators and HCAs)

18 September 2018 @ 9:15 am - 4:00 pm

Please note that this is course is NOT for staff who have been clinically trained. It is for receptionists, secretaries, administrators and HCAs who deal with investigations in their work but have had no medical or clinical training.
