In our work with GP practices and PCNs across the country, we are hearing how reception teams are increasingly experiencing challenging patient interactions.
In response, we have designed and are delivering FREE live webinar sessions to support reception teams with some top tips in dealing with these challenging patient interactions.
We have availability for reception teams in sessions on Wednesday 8th September at 12:30pm – 1:30pm and Thursday 30th September at 12:30pm – 1:30pm
