Delivered virtually via MS Teams

Following the success of our Resilience and Recovery Webinar Series, we are pleased to be bringing you bite-sized Resilience and Recovery training with We Are Lightbox.

This series of short, 60 minute webinars will be delivered via MS Teams, providing information and motivation for improved strength, stability and growth through times of disruption.

 

The bite-sized training:

 

You have the flexibility to attend some or all of the webinars; just follow the respective registration links below for the webinars you’d like to join.

 

Connection – Friday 28th May, 12.00 – 13.00 – Register your place

Social neuroscience, dialogic communication in conflict, active listening

 

Choice – Monday 7th June, 13.00 -14.00 – Register your place

Homeostatic response to stress, automatism, explanatory styles

 

Centredness – Friday 25th June, 12.00 – 13.00 – Register your place

Meaning, value-creation, goal setting

 

Creativity – Friday 2nd July, 12.00 – 13.00 – Register your place

Broaden and build theory of positive emotion, negativity bias, neuroplasticity

 

Register your place:

Places are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your place, please follow the links above and fully complete the online registration form. Once registered your place is confirmed and joining instructions will be sent a week before the event. Please add the details to your diary.

There is no fee to attend, by registering you will be signing up to a cancellation charge of £150 for non-attendance unless you notify leadership.sw@leadershipacademy.nhs.uk 10 working days in advance of the event date or your attendance is deputised.
