  • Paramedics can and do play an important role in primary care and just like any other role, the success of Paramedics working in primary care is heavily reliant upon having the right framework of support wrapped around the recruitment and on-going support.

Our “Guide to recruiting a Paramedic in primary care” is a great resource to support employers considering recruiting a paramedic.

  • An important part of the work we do is to engage with school students and enthuse them about careers in medicine and careers in healthcare. We do this in a number of different ways and often need the support from local Paramedics with activity in the local community.
