Physician Associate Fellowship

Advanced Practice Fellowship

- Newly Qualified & First 5: focused on providing education and support for newly qualified GPs and up to 5 years post qualification
- New to Practice: focused on the development of a framework of support for clinical colleagues starting work in general practice for the first time. The new to practice framework will provide support for successful inducting and embedding into general practice and will help colleagues of all clinical professions to thrive
- PCN / ICS projects: linked to PCN or ICS transformation/improvement projects. Examples of these could include transformation of services, new ways of working, service improvement, network development, reset & recovery of services, enhancing health in care homes and Covid-19 vaccine trials
- Locum/sessional GP: this will focus specifically on locum working and sessional working (predominantly in the Integrated Urgent Care Service) in Dorset

Dorset Care Record Digital Nurse Fellow
The Dorset Care Record (DCR) Digital Nurse Fellow uses their expertise and experience to ensure the DCR programme is clinically represented and will work closely with the DCR Programme Management Office (PMO) to ensure clinical representation across the programme.
