DESCRIPTION:Speaker: Dr Tamsin Betts \n  \nThis workshop is on career development – looking at how to create a sustainable career which we can enjoy and fits with our lives. We will look at our skills and how we can grow in confidence in our chosen field\, whilst also looking at other things in our life which impact on our work. This aims to teach us skills to navigate our careers both now and in the future. It will be interactive\, allowing us to share ideas with our colleagues in health care. \n  \nTamsin Betts is a coach\, retired GP and yoga teacher working with people in both primary and secondary care. Her career has taken many different turns over the years\, allowing her to juggle lots of differing aspects of her life. She runs workshops on wellbeing\, careers development\, leadership and teams and sees the value of people creating a sustainable career\, allowing them to flourish in all aspects of their lives.
