We will look at our skills and how we can grow in confidence in our chosen field\, whilst also looking at other things in our life which impact on our work. This aims to teach us skills to navigate our careers both now and in the future. It will be interactive\, allowing us to share ideas with our colleagues in health care. \n  \nTamsin Betts is a coach\, retired GP and yoga teacher working with people in both primary and secondary care. Her career has taken many different turns over the years\, allowing her to juggle lots of differing aspects of her life. She runs workshops on wellbeing\, careers development\, leadership and teams and sees the value of people creating a sustainable career\, allowing them to flourish in all aspects of their lives.

He was a GP trainer for 20years\, a member of Dorset LMC for 8y and chaired Poole Central Locality (subsequently PCN) for over 10years. One of his sons is a busy GP in London and keeps him in touch with some of the ever-changing demands on colleagues across the health care professions as well as management and leadership colleagues too.

She attained the ILM 7 which is a globally recognised qualification for advanced level coaches and mentors meaning she can provide executive coaching for individuals and strategic coaching at the highest level of organisational management\, from CEOs down. She’s also a carer for her mum with dementia\, a wife\, mum of 2\, charity worker\, Scout Leader and local project manager for BIMA\, leading healthcare projects in the community. She has moved multiple times within the last 20 years\, having to start afresh each time\, and also took 6 years out to complete her family. She therefore understands about having to juggle multiple aspects of our lives simultaneously\, and also understands how Imposter Syndrome and Perfectionism can affect people and performance.
