DESCRIPTION:Provider: Digital Support Team NHS Dorset \nLesson Aim: To be confident in adding/amending and printing data to/from the patient record along with summarising notes. \nPrerequisites: This course covers the key elements of how to add and print data in the patient record and how to summarise data. Introduction to SystmOne course (or inhouse knowledge) is required.
