DESCRIPTION:Speakers\nMrs Val Schuch \n9.15-9.30 coffee and registration          9.30-4pm training day \n2 Day Course to Develop Team Leaders – Thurs 7th June & Thurs 28th June\nThis course is designed for those in a team leadership role currently\, and those required to step-in for their line manager when the need arises. It covers the essential communication\, delegation and prioritisation skills required to lead an effective team. The course will be held on 2 non-consecutive days\, giving the delegates an opportunity to put the Day 1 skills into practice between sessions and report back to their peers on the programme.
