SUMMARY:Understanding Investigations in BaNES (for Administrators and HCAs)
DESCRIPTION:Please note that this is course is NOT for staff who have been clinically trained. It is for receptionists\, secretaries\, administrators and HCAs who deal with investigations in their work but have had no medical or clinical training.\nThe Understanding Investigations Course will enable delegates to increase their knowledge of clinical investigations so enabling them to empathise with patients and increase the effectiveness of patient care. This course is suited to both new and experienced staff who have responsibility to administer investigations and results.
