South West Integrated Personalised Care Sharing and Learning Collaborative – 8 November 1-3 pm

‘This Sharing and Learning Collaborative will be focusing on the power of stories in a ‘Social Movement for Change’ context and will showcase the positive change personalised care methods have made in people’s lives. The event will provide an opportunity to engage with a range of participants including people with lived experience of personalised care, build relationships and make connections. It is hoped this will be the start of conversations where positive storytelling and collaboration can orchestrate a movement that allows the voice of those who have benefited from personalised care to be amplified.’
