Health Inequalities

You’re invited to join us for a webinar focusing on the topic of:  Health Inequalities on the 28th April 2021 at 13:30-14:30pm
 

We’re excited to have several key speakers including James Sanderson (Director of Personalised Care NHSE/I and CEO of the National Academy for Social Prescribing), Dr Bola Owolabi, Director of Health Inequalities at NHSE/I , Dr Andrew Knox, GP and Director of Population Health in Morecambe Bay CCG, Chris Dabbs, the CEO and Debs Johnson, Social Prescribing Link Workers, both from Unlimited Potential a social enterprise based in Salford.

 

We’ll be using Teams Live as our delivery platform for the first time and recommend that after you register and receive your link, that you test it out. If you experience any difficulties get in touch, as we may need to issue you with a temporary licence.

  • How social prescribing link workers can work proactively with people and communities to reduce health inequalities.
  • Hear practical examples and the potential of social prescribing to reduce health inequalities.
